Great product and customer service!
We ordered my daughter eyeglasses from Jonas Paul after doing a home try on. They arrived quickly and she was really happy with them. We decided to get her some prescription sunglasses, too. We were on a time crunch because we were leaving for our first vacation since covid. I emailed the customer service team to see if there was any chance they would arrive in time so that my daughter could see the waves. They wouldn’t have, but the customer service team made it happen and my daughter had a much more enjoyable vacation because of it! We will return again and again when she needs glasses due to their great quality and incredible customer service!
Not highest durability
They lasted for only about 3 months before a piece of the hinge sheered right off. My daughter isn’t particularly rough with them, but she had taken them off and a class mate stepped on them by accident. Would not recommend for a 4-5 year old environment.

We love the Libby frames! Our older daughter has been wearing her Paige frames since she was a toddler, but when our younger daughter needed glasses we did the home try-on kit and the Libby frames were perfect for her. Customer service was great as well in assisting with the pupillary distance numbers. We love Jonas Paul!
